Consent to Personal Data Processing
By pressing the "Войти в игру" (Enter the game) button on the catalina-rp.ru website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the operator, sole proprietor Nikolai Viktorovich Smagin, OGRNIP 324310000037522, Stary Oskol, Belgorod Region, Russia, to process my personal data on the terms below.
If I am under 14, this consent is given by my parent or another legal representative.
What data
- nickname and password (the password is stored as an encrypted fingerprint);
- game progress: coins, items, gear, health, position on the map, houses, cars, plates, safe contents;
- IP address, browser User-Agent, screen size, language and time zone;
- a random visitor number and a visit number from browser storage;
- which pages of the site and the game I opened, where I came from and how much time I spent there;
- when I entered the game and how long I played;
- the sign-in key and game settings stored in my browser.
Why
- signing in to the account and saving progress;
- playing with other players: showing my nickname, character and car;
- protection from account hacking and cheating;
- statistics of visits to the site and the game, to improve them.
What the operator may do with the data
Collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, block, delete and destroy it. Processing is automated. The data is stored on a server in Russia and is not passed to third parties, except the hosting provider that maintains the server on the operator's instructions.
Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid while my account exists, or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@tenday.ru and stating my nickname. After withdrawal the operator will delete the account and data within 10 business days.
The operator keeps visit statistics, game login records and IP addresses for no more than 12 months.
The operator collects visit statistics even without this consent, in its legitimate interests (clause 7, part 1, article 6 of Law 152-FZ).
